1. General Provisions

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the xlane.ro platform and the provision of premium airport transfers and private chauffeur rental services by NIȚESCU ALEXANDER-ROBERT PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (hereinafter referred to as "XLANE" or "the Operator").

By accessing the website, requesting a quote, or booking a journey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally competent, and agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

  • Airport Transfers: Dedicated pick-up and transfers to and from Henri Coandă International Airport Bucharest (OTP), Băneasa (BBU), Cluj-Napoca (CLJ), Brașov-Ghimbav (GHV), and other airports in Romania.
  • Private Chauffeur Service: On-demand or full-day private chauffeur travel in premium executive vehicles.
  • Corporate & VIP Travel: Tailored journeys for business delegations, summits, and VIP events.

3. Booking and Contract Conclusion

3.1. Quote request: Submitting a request on our platform serves as an inquiry and does not constitute a confirmed automated booking.

3.2. Booking confirmation: The contract is concluded when XLANE dispatch sends an official confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing driver and vehicle details and the agreed fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in RON or EUR and include vehicle fuel, private chauffeur service, mandatory passenger insurance, and Romanian highway tolls.

Payment can be settled via bank wire, online card payment link, or via in-car POS card terminal.

5. Waiting Times, Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Airport complimentary wait time: Up to 45 minutes after actual flight touchdown (monitored via flight number).
  • City/hotel complimentary wait time: Up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pick-up.
  • Late cancellation / No-Show: May incur up to 100% of the booking value.

6. Passenger Conduct

Smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco devices) is strictly prohibited in all XLANE vehicles. Maximum capacity is strictly 3 adult passengers or 2 adults + 2 children.

7. Dispute Resolution & Consumer Rights

In compliance with Romanian ANPC regulations and EU law, consumers have access to alternative dispute settlement mechanisms:
